This year’s event promises to be a night to remember, starting with our “Welcome Campers” greeting at 5:00 p.m. Once you’ve settled in, head over to our Campfire Cocktail Hour from 5:00-6:00 p.m. for a toast to the evening ahead. Sip on your favorite cocktail and mingle with fellow nature enthusiasts as the sun sets over the forest.
Next up, we’ve got Dinner Under the Oaks at 6:00 p.m., where you’ll enjoy a feast that’s anything but ordinary. Picture this: carving stations, elevated dining hall sides, and a s’mores buffet that will make your inner camper jump for joy. It’s the perfect blend of rustic and refined, all set under the magical canopy of the oaks.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! At 7:00 p.m., get ready for our Live Art Auction, hosted by the one and only Keith McLane. This is your chance to experience the essence of our local artisans and craftspeople. Each piece reflects the unique ecosystem of the natural world, and you might just find that perfect piece of art to take home. And don’t forget our silent auction experiences! Bid on immersive nature encounters like guided hikes, flight lessons, travel holidays, and wildlife interactions. Adventure awaits!
We’re also thrilled to honor our 2024 Honorary Gala Chairs: the ever-inspiring Kathy Fleming and the late, great Dick Larsen. Their dedication and service to our association and the natural world are truly commendable, and we can’t wait to celebrate them with you.
