Thanks for your interest in participating in the #DogDaysofSacramento campaign.
The campaign will begin on July 15 and run until sometime in the beginning of August.
Half of the campaign will be Dog Influencers. We have lined up many of Sacramento’s most popular Dog Influencers to give us recommendations about their favorite businesses. Businesses that are dog friendly with always a treat at the ready, ect. These influencers will attract a big audience for our campaign.
The second half of the campaign will be Dog Organizations and Businesses. Either 100% dog related products and/or services, or those that have a particular dog product they are promoting.
If you’re a Dog Business or Organization, there are 2 options for participation.
FREE
- We share a post on @SacramentoTop10 Instagram that highlights several dog related businesses in one carousel using slides that the businesses provide
- We combine your slide and comment with other dog related businesses and tag your business, encouraging people to follow you.
- We give you a free listing on SacramentoTop10.com in your appropriate category.
- You make an Instagram post and story encouraging your followers to follow @SacramentoTop10 and our hashtag #DogDaysofSacramento.
- You make a square slide promoting your business. The slide should have a good visual and your Instagram handle.
- You make a 140 character (maximum) comment to be included as part of a caption.
- You email the slide and comment to [email protected] by July 27th.

- We share the information about your business with our readers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Combined, we have over 50,000 followers, primarily local Sacramento area.
- We give you a featured listing in your appropriate category on SacramentoTop10.com with links to your social, a video, description and map.
- We give you a bonus rehare of your reel at another time during the year – perhaps during our shop small biz campaign in November if that’s appropriate for you.
- You make an Instagram reel or carousel with up to 10 slides all about your business or organization.
- As you are posting your reel or carousel, you invite @sacramentotop10 as a collaborator. This means that it will appear on the @sacramentoTop10 feed and your feed for all to see.
- You make a caption of up to 2000 characters about your business. Included in your caption you should encourage readers to follow both of us and the hashtag #dogdaysofsacramento.
- You’ll be included in the highlilghts and guide on Instagram for the Dog Days of Sacramento campaign
- You’ll be featured in our brand new mobile app, launching in September.
- You paypal or venmo us $297.00. This pays for your featured listing on SacramentoTop10.com for an entire year. 2 special promos (one now, one later) on the SacramentoTop10 social media pages and a free strategy session on maximizing the effectivemess of your website and social media. The value of the package is $900.00, but for you, during this campaign, it’s $297.00
NOTE: You are very welcome to select the Free option, but if you’re trying to grow your business, the sponsored option is a very good value. Inclusion of your reel in 2 campaigns, our promoted Instagram guide AND a featured spot in the directory. Either way, we appreciate you.
