My neighbors used Heirloom Flooring and their kitchen floor looks great. When I walked into the store, I met Heather and knew I was in good hands. She helped me pick out a LVT (luxury vinyl tile ) that looks like Traverine tile. Florin came almost immediately to give me an estimate. He also answered some questions I had subsequent to his visit to do the estimate. The workers were great- on time, worked hard, did great finishing work (baseboards and trim pieces), were polite and respectful of my home. My job, about 1800 sq ft. (whole house minus bathrooms) took 2 days to lay the LVT, add new baseboards and trim pieces. I prefer to use “Mom and Pop” companies because I believe these type of businesses have a greater interest in ensuring thing get done timely and done correctly. I am thrilled with how my floors and house look. The stone-look, LVT is stunning and really updates my 1960s house. I highly recommend Heirloom Flooring and would use them again without question.
