Quick question. If someone asked ChatGPT Who are the top Realtors in “Your Town”?, would you want to show up?
I’ve been working on exactly that.
Before I explain, take a look at this Roseville page. It’s the strongest example so far and already includes the start of a Top 10 Realtors section:
That’s the model I’m building out across the region.
I tested this approach last fall with restaurant searches. 10 out of 11 hit page one of Google, and most are still there months later, which is what gave me the confidence to roll this out further. The 11 pages generated 42 citations in AI platforms.
Now I’m applying it to real estate.
So far, I’ve created 9 Neighborhood Guides to the Best Neighborhoods.
