When Slow Food announced in May 2025 that their flagship Terra Madre Salone del Gusto would land in the U.S.—the first satellite edition ever—it turned heads. The host city? Expect September 26–28, 2025 to light up July heat: three days inside and around the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center will bring the tastes of all Americas—cheese, coffee, wine, olive oil, cocktails, and more—with demonstrations by culinary icons like Alice Waters, Jeremiah Tower, Andrew Zimmern, Elizabeth Falkner, and others.
