There is no set age limit for yoga

When it comes to kids yoga, it’s important to make sure that the practice is age-appropriate. Young children may not have the attention span or physical abilities needed for a full yoga class. However, even toddlers can benefit from simple yoga poses and breathing exercises. As a general rule, kids as young as 3 years old can start practicing yoga, as long as the practice is fun and engaging for them.
