Midtown’s four-footed favorite is back! Midtown Sutter and the Midtown Association present the Midtown Halloween Festival & Pooch Parade on Saturday, October 25, 2025, 12–3 p.m. at James Marshall Park—your prime-time window for wagging tails and wildly creative costumes.
