Get ready for a springboard into school year excitement—Grizz Fest Carnival is back at Granite Bay High School on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM! As the high school’s largest annual event, Grizz Fest transforms the campus into a carnival playground complete with inflatables, games, live entertainment, and food trucks. Now in its milestone fundraising year, this carnival helps support a $1.8M campaign for campus modernization.
Students, clubs, and sports teams run more than 40 interactive booths—from classic ring toss and prize wheels to creative challenges like cupcake walks and dunk tanks. Bounce houses and giant slides provide thrills for younger guests, while concessions offer festival eats like cotton candy, hot dogs, and tacos.
Local food trucks also join the fun, offering savory and sweet options for families to enjoy between performances. Meanwhile, the school’s stage and open areas host student-led performances: the jazz band, cheer, dance squads, and theatrical ensembles all take part. Expect high energy, community pride, and plenty of Grizz Fest spirit.
This year, funds raised support exciting upgrades: a redesigned school library, updated athletic scoreboards, campus-wide Wi-Fi, technology improvements, and public art murals. Families can tour progress and see how their participation makes a tangible difference in student life.
Tickets can be purchased for individual rides or as full-day wristbands. Advance tickets are encouraged to reduce lines. The campus layout is walkable, with school parking available and overflow street parking close by.
Grizz Fest is more than just carnival fun—it’s a spirited celebration of community, school pride, and student creativity. Whether you’re a Grizz alumni, neighbor, or future GBHS family, this morning is for everyone. See you on campus for carnival games, laughs, and making a difference together.
