Helmed by Peter Mazur, who also operates Greenhouse Café in Citrus Heights, Greenhouse Penryn is all about homemade, high-quality ingredients and comforting flavors. Their approach to food is simple: everything is made in-house—from fresh whipped cream to cheese for their signature cottage cheese pancakes. Mazur, originally from Georgia (next to Ukraine), brings a bit of Eastern European flair to the menu, offering an upscale brunch experience unlike anything else in the area.

The 2024 lineup promises to be just as unforgettable.
