Heald Mechanical is a Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Company that is family owned and operated. They provide excellent, “do it right the first time” service and installation of HVAC systems. I use them for my annual maintenance service of my central heating and air conditioning system. They typically charge by the “time and material” method so you pay only for the actual work that is done. Their technicians are not on commission. I also had them install my new dual pack five years ago. My experience with them is always professional and pleasant. They have a no nonsense level headed approach to their dealing with their customers. When my air conditioner stopped working in the summer five years ago, they were the first company I called. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, the owner, Greg, came out quite promptly considering. He inspected my system and presented a several of options. Having the heater and the air conditioner in one unit, or a dual pack, presented its own set of challenges. Given the information he provided I decided that the best course of action for me was to replace the entire unit. The price was competitive and the installation was flawless.
